- Prepare material requirement list based on ACDB/DCDB orders.

- Verify material availability from store as per BOM/production requirement.

- Maintain stock of wiring and production materials to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

- Coordinate with Purchase &

- Store team regarding shortage, replenishment, or discrepancies.

- Execution of Production Activities

- Initiate production upon material verification and work order readiness.

- Supervise wiring, assembly and overall production operations on shop-floor.

- Ensure timeline adherence as per dispatch schedule and order priority.

- Quality Control &

- In-Process Monitoring

- Conduct quality checks at every stage of production.

- Identify defects, damages and non-conformities and escalate for corrective action.

- Ensure finished products meet quality standards before packing and dispatch.

- Documentation &

- Record Management

- Maintain production records, daily output logs and consumption tracking.

- Ensure proper labelling, documentation and traceability of produced items.

- Assist in audits & maintain production documents as per process requirement.

- Coordination &

- Dispatch Readiness





- Work closely with dispatch team to move completed goods on time.

- Ensure finished stock is properly stored, arranged and easily traceable.

- Support in stock handling, space utilization and inventory management activities.

- Continuous Improvement &

- Productivity Enhancement

- Track and analyze rework cases & implement corrective/preventive actions.

- Participate in improvement activities to enhance productivity, reduce cost & minimize wastage.

- Ensure housekeeping, 5S discipline and safety compliance within production area.

Core Competencies Required

- Strong knowledge of ACDB/DCDB assembly and wiring processes

- Ability to manage workforce and distribute work efficiently

- Quality-focused approach with problem-solving mindset

- Good coordination skills with Production / Store / Purchase / Dispatch Departments

- ERP & documentation handling ability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
