Role Description The Production Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for supporting the manufacturing and assembly of TTM medical devices according to established procedures and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating production equipment, assembling components, performing routine inspections, and documenting production activities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. The role involves performing basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes, coordinating with the quality team to address nonconformities,



and following preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

The Production

Technician also works closely with engineering and quality departments to implement process improvements, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure that all products meet regulatory and company specifications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) skills to ensure compliant and consistent production of medical devices.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and basic Troubleshooting skills to keep equipment running efficiently and resolve routine technical issues.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams, and to accurately record production data.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, biomedical, or related field; prior experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.
