Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Execution:

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet output targets and delivery timelines for PCB assemblies.

- Process Optimization:

Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in the PCB production line.

- Quality Assurance:

Ensure product quality standards as per IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. Work closely with QA/QC teams to resolve defects and non-conformance issues.

- Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, line operators, and technicians. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and safety.

- Inventory & Resource Management:

Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials (PCBs, components, soldering materials, etc.) for uninterrupted production.

- Equipment & Maintenance:

Ensure efficient operation of SMT machines, wave soldering, AOI, reflow ovens, and other equipment. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules.

- Reporting & Metrics:

Track and report on production KPIs such as output, yield, downtime, and scrap rate. Use data for decision-making and performance improvement.

- Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Promote best practices in ESD control and safe handling of electronic components.
