Role Description

- This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Jaipur.
- The Production Manager oversees daily jewelry manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans are met with consistent quality and efficiency.
- Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating with design, procurement, and quality teams, and monitoring workflow across multiple factory units.
- The role involves managing and mentoring production staff, optimizing use of machinery and materials, and implementing process improvements to reduce lead times and minimize waste.
- The Production Manager also tracks key performance metrics, resolves operational issues,



supports compliance with quality and social standards, and collaborates with leadership to meet client requirements and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

- Robust production planning, scheduling, and workflow management skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with modern manufacturing technologies, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional coordination with design, quality, and procurement.
- Capability in quality control, adherence to standards, and familiarity with audit and compliance requirements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including tracking and interpreting production metrics.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Relevant experience in jewelry or similar precision manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, industrial management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage multiple production lines in a fast-paced environment.
