- Establishing and scrutinising the letters of credit & vetting of necessary commercial documents.

- Managing complete commercial documentation for export-import trade in compliance with statutory regulations.

- Ensuring completion of post and pre formalities of Customs.

- Preparing check list preparation for exports / imports; ensuring export and import clearance on time.

- Planning & managing procurement of material requirements including receipt accounting & maintaining desired stock levels.

- Reorganising system & procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials.

- Organising incoming & outgoing material activities to ensure accuracy, completeness & quality of material.

- Follow up with shipping line for vessel planning.

- Preparing import document acceptance document for bank as per LC terms and conditions.

- Import payment confirmation to overseas supplier with bank swift massage

- Handling all Import Custom Clearance Related Problem from Custom and Port authority related.

- Preparing weekly MIS report for management against all import consignment status and next cargo planning

- All import related original bills /B/E submission to finance department

- CHA for clearance of the consignments from the customs.
