Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is an advantage.
