Experience: 4+ years

Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Weekend On-Call: Rotational, compensated separately

We’re looking for an experienced L2 Product Support Specialist to support enterprise cybersecurity and data protection solutions.

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of product/technical support experience, with strong L2 exposure.
- Hands-on experience in at least two areas: Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery, Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR), DLP, or Email Security.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer communication and issue ownership.
- A cooperative mindset and willingness to support L1 queries when required.
