- Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog using RICE scoring and business value.
- Create clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria .
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and development teams to align business requirements.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove blockers, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Promote Scrum best practices, team collaboration, and continuous improvement .

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Agile Project Management, or related roles.
- Solid leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
