About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly communicative Product Manager with solid expertise in Business Analysis (BA), Quality Assurance (QA), and SaaS-based platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SaaS product functionality, business requirements, product development lifecycles, and software testing methodologies.

This position requires someone who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams while ensuring successful product delivery, continuous improvement, and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & SaaS Expertise

Manage and support the end-to-end product lifecycle of SaaS-based applications.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the platform's features, functionality, workflows, and business use cases.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SaaS platform.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify product enhancements, prioritize requirements, and improve platform usability.

Assist in defining product roadmaps, feature priorities, and release plans.

Business Analysis (BA)

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), process flows, and workflow documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing product features and processes.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.





Quality Assurance (QA) & Product Testing

- Collaborate with QA teams to validate product functionality against business requirements.
- Review test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in functional testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
- Ensure product releases meet defined quality standards and business expectations.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Act as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and internal leadership.

Conduct product demonstrations, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings.

Communicate product updates, technical challenges, and delivery timelines clearly and professionally.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

Maintain clear documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Up to 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or closely related SaaS product roles.
- Strong hands-on exposure to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, including product workflows, functionality, and user journeys.
- Demonstrated capability to develop subject matter expertise in a SaaS application.
- Excellent understanding of Business Analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Working knowledge of QA processes,



software testing methodologies, defect management, and UAT.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, QA Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or Product Manager within a SaaS organization.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS products or enterprise software applications.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and application workflows.
- Exposure to SaaS product metrics, user feedback analysis, and feature optimization.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional or international teams.

Work Requirements

- Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
- Must be available for a full-time, five-day, on-site work schedule.
- Must be comfortable working the specified shift timings.
