Product Manager - HR Technology | Pune or Mumbai | Hybrid Cornerstone is seeking a driven and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join our global Product team and help shape the future of our industry-leading solutions. In this role, you will relentlessly pursue an understanding of customer pain points, translate insights into actionable product strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative features that drive measurable customer value and ROI. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end from discovery and requirements definition to launch and adoption ensuring we continuously improve our flagship offerings while building for the future.

In this role you will...

- Own product requirements from conception through launch, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into product strategy and roadmap recommendations
- Act as a product owner for one or more agile scrum teams, partnering closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features
- Collaborate with research and design to develop concepts, prototypes, and user-tested solutions that drive customer value
- Present product vision, updates, and roadmap to customers, prospects, internal stakeholders, and industry analysts




- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform prioritization and iteration
- Stay ahead of the competitive landscape and emerging market trends to identify new opportunities
- Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support successful go-to-market execution
- Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, global product organization and uphold privacy and security best practices

You ve got what it takes if you have

- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, make trade-offs, and work effectively with engineering, design, and business partners
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence others
- Experience working with design teams to turn concepts into user-validated prototypes
- Proven ability to convert strategy into actionable plans and product deliverables
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Creative, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous innovation
- Ability to identify customer pain points including unarticulated needs through research, feedback, and user engagement
