Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi for a Product Executive/Sr Executive handling Gold NPA with an auction collection background in gold loans/Auction. The role involves managing gold NPA Auction, coordinating and overseeing auction-related activities, and new biddder making and with company policies and regulatory guidelines.





Responsibilities include monitoring auction performance, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and preparing reports and analyses to support decision-making and product performance improvement. The role also requires regular market tracking for gold loan and auction trends, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to process enhancements that improve recovery efficiency and customer experience at the Automall.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with customers, auction participants, internal teams, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive participation in auctions, maximize realization values, and support business growth.
- Experience in gold loan recovery, NPA management, or gold auction operations is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of financial services, asset valuation, and basic regulatory norms related to gold loans is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in a energetic environment, with strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance and ethical standards.
- Graduate degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications or certifications in finance or risk management are an advantage.
