We are seeking an experienced, driven Electrical Product Development Engineer / Senior Engineer to join our energetic Engineering team. You will play a key role in the development, design, and validation of cutting-edge PM Motors, BLDC Motors and Generators for electric vehicles (EVs).

- Product Development: Drive the end-to-end development of electro-mechanical products—primarily PM motors and generators—including planning, prototyping, and performance improvement.
- Design Optimization: Review customer inputs, prepare specifications, and work with stakeholders to develop concept designs that balance performance, cost, and manufacturability.
- Performance Enhancement: Improve machine performance via advanced design parameters, materials, and thermal management.
- Engineering Challenges: Resolve complex issues related to Noise, Vibration, Life, and Wear &
- Tear of motors.
- Testing &
- Validation: Oversee motor and generator testing, validating product performance as per international standards and compliance requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and review essential design and development documents such as FMEA, DFM, failure analysis,



and customer reports.

Experience:

- Required: 3–7 years in the development of PMSM/BLDC motors and controllers.

Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience in PMSM/BLDC Motor development.
- Strong background in Motor Simulation &
- Design Calculation.
- In-depth understanding of Electrical and Magnetic Circuit Functions.
- Knowledge of Power Electronic Converters and their applications.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficient in Machine Testing, interpretation of results, and product validation to international norms.
- Experience with TS 16949 compliance in product development.
- Skilled in VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) techniques.
- Understanding of 2D drawing and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning &
- Tolerancing).
- Proficient in preparing and reviewing design & development documentation (FMEA, DFM, failure reports, etc.).

- Experience with simulation tools.
