Detailed Lead process transformation programs across the organization, identifying gaps in existing processes, conducting root cause analyses, and driving organizational change.

Develop and implement a comprehensive metrics landscape that enables quantitative analysis, actionable insights, performance monitoring, and effective data visualization.

Manage enterprise-wide initiatives by establishing communication cycles and project milestones, driving cross-functional engagement, and providing consistent progress updates to top management.

Prepare for enterprise audit, risk, and governance reviews, while benchmarking organizational practices against peers using input from internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Design, plan, track, monitor, and support the rollout of corporate systems for process reengineering.

Skills Mandatory Key skill Strong understanding of IT business operations and financial metrics.

Demonstrated capability in leading process transformation and process improvement programs.





Experience conducting root cause analysis, identifying process gaps, and driving organizational change.
