- If Diploma then 2 years’ experience,
- If Engineer Graduate then 1 year experience.

Technical and Technical Support Engineering Skills

Entire IT equipment as per printer inventory & services in HPCL Mumbai Refinery offices have to be directly maintained by the vendor in optimal working condition. It includes:

i) Breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, resolving of the problem and configuration of Printers.

ii) Preventive maintenance should be done for all machines twice in a year.

iii) Any other jobs specified/assigned by HPCL Nodal Officer from time to time.
