- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 10-12+ years of experience in commissioning and troubleshooting complex technical systems
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in various systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control system
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

- Develop and implement commissioning plans for new projects, ensuring that all systems are installed and tested according to project specifications
- Lead commissioning activities, including system start-up, performance testing, and troubleshooting




- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process
- Work closely with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the commissioning process
- Provide technical support and expertise to project teams and clients during the commissioning phase
- Document all commissioning activities, including test results, equipment performance, and any issues that arise
- Participate in training and development activities to stay updated on the latest commissioning techniques and technologies
