G. H. Raisoni Public School, Jalgaon, is hiring for a primary teacher.

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site primary teacher role based in Jalgaon. The primary teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, create engaging classroom activities, and support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing regular feedback to students and families.

The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on school initiatives, participate in staff meetings and training sessions, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and using basic educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.

Qualifications

- Any graduate with D.Ed/D.El.Ed/B.Ed




- Prior experience in primary or elementary teaching is highly preferred.
- Strong teaching skills with experience in elementary education and a student-centered approach.
- Curriculum development and education-related expertise to design and implement effective lesson plans.
- Excellent communication skills, including transparent instruction delivery and constructive interaction with students, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment and manage diverse learning needs.
- Basic proficiency with educational technology and digital tools used for teaching and assessment.
