Role Description This full-time, on-site Primary Grades Educator role (IGCSE, Grades 1–4) is based at The Galaxy Education System in Rajkot. The educator will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum, fostering foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based learning. Daily responsibilities include planning engaging classroom activities, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment.

The educator will collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings and professional development,



communicate regularly with families or guardians, and contribute to school events and initiatives that support student growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Teaching and Education skills, with experience in primary grades and familiarity with the IGCSE curriculum.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including designing structured, engaging, and differentiated learning activities.
- Candidates should possess clear and respectful Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and families.
- Candidates should possess Training and mentoring skills to support student development and contribute to peer learning among staff.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, along with appropriate teaching certifications.
- Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered classrooms, manage behavior constructively, and use basic educational technology tools.
- Prior experience in international or IGCSE schools and a commitment to continuous professional growth are advantageous.
