- Plan and control production activities for CNC and VMC machine shops manufacturing hydraulic cylinder components.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per customer requirements.
- Monitor machine loading, capacity utilization, cycle time, and production output.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure raw material, tooling, and component availability as per production schedules.
- Monitor WIP, pending orders, rejection, and delivery performance.
- Improve machine utilization, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- Prepare daily production reports, MIS, and production planning schedules.
- Coordinate machining operations for hydraulic cylinder components and ensure timely completion of orders.
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have experience in PPC and production planning for CNC & VMC machine shops.
Experience in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing is essential.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and suitability.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
