Qualification & Experience:

- BE in Mechanical
- 12–14 years of experience in inspection and expediting of industrial equipment (pressure vessels, piping, structural, etc.).
- Knowledge of codes like ASME, ASTM, API, IS standards (as applicable).

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of inspection procedures and documentation.
- Valuable communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and tight timelines.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).

Work Location: Hyderabad

1. Inspection Activities:

- Carry out stage-wise and final inspections as per approved QAP/ITP and client specifications.
- Verify materials, dimensions, workmanship, and compliance with applicable codes/standards.
- Witness testing (NDT, pressure tests, functional tests, etc.) as required.
- Identify non-conformities (NCs), raise inspection reports (IR), and ensure proper closure.
- Coordinate with vendor/client representatives during inspection activities.

2. Expediting Activities:





- Monitor manufacturing progress against agreed delivery schedules.
- Follow up with vendors for timely completion of activities (raw material, fabrication, testing, dispatch).
- Identify potential delays and proactively highlight risks to stakeholders.
- Ensure submission of documents (drawings, QAP, test certificates) as per schedule.
- Provide regular expediting reports with status, concerns, and recovery plans.

3. Reporting & Documentation:

- Submit inspection reports within stipulated timelines (same day / next working day).
- Issue IRN within 24 hours after completion of inspection or closure of observations.
- Maintain proper records of inspection, release notes, and correspondence.

4. Coordination:

- Liaise with client, vendor, and internal teams for smooth execution of inspection and expediting activities.
- Support resolution of technical queries and site/vendor issues.
