Descripation Responsibilities:

- Subject Matter Expert of Power Platform solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate Power platform solutions into existing systems.
- Developing custom workflows using the Microsoft Power Automate. Designing, creating, and maintaining flows.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and business users on Power Platform development best practices and capabilities.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications and services using connectors and APIs.
- Strategizing multi-year roadmaps to enable business growth, ensure compliance and reduce the complexity of IT Architecture, key business and IT processes.
- Mentoring the Power Platform team.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years of experience in development projects.
- OR Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in development projects.
- Minimum two Power Platform certifications (PL-200 & PL-400 preferred).
- 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform implementation experience.




- Understanding of Data security and Governance at Enterprise level including GDPR Compliance.
- Excellent collaboration skills- to engage with global teams and external partners.
- Ability to participate in problem-solving & brainstorming sessions.

Skills

- Expertise in building canvas & model-driven apps – E2E
- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Gen AI, ChatBots.
- Experience in building complex Power Automate flows involving custom actions.
- Experience in using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources.
- Experience in working with standard and custom connectors.
- Positive knowledge on PCF, component libraries and customizing OOTB features.
- Good knowledge on Power Platform Security model, App and Data sharing.
- Expertise in creating/working with custom connectors, APIs, plugins, and extensions to enhance Power platform solutions.
- Experience in creating/working with deployment pipelines.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in implementing Power Pages websites for customer.
- Experience in building bots with Copilot studio.
- Experience in RPA with Power Automate Desktop.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines & GitHub.
- Experience in Azure services – Storage Accounts, App Service, API Management, Open AI.
- Multi-cloud exposure.
- Good understanding of working with ITSM tools like Service Now.
- Good understanding of Process Advisor in Power Automate.
