- Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of water supply and drainage systems.
- Attend plumbing complaints from guest rooms, villas, restaurants, kitchens, public areas, and staff facilities.
- Repair leaking pipes, taps, showers, flush tanks, washbasins, and other sanitary fittings.
- Identify and rectify blockages in drainage lines, toilets, and sewage systems.
- Monitor water pumps, water tanks, pipelines, valves, and related plumbing equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance of swimming pool plumbing, water filtration systems, and irrigation lines, where applicable.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues to minimize guest inconvenience and property damage.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain plumbing tools and equipment in valuable condition.
