PM & ServiceNow PPM Apprentice learns project coordination, portfolio operations, PPM/SPM, reporting, demand tracking & governance under supervision.

Apprenticeship Duration: 12 Months Learning: Project lifecycle, demand, portfolio, resource planning, ServiceNow PPM/SPM & stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities: Maintain project/demand records; support trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, reporting, data quality & governance documentation.

Deliverables: Project trackers, action logs, status packs & governance notes.

Eligibility: Must meet NATS registration & organization-specific apprenticeship eligibility requirements.

Guardrails: Supervised developmental role; production-critical ownership only after competency and mentor approval. Conversion depend on business need,policy & performance.
