Job Title: Senior PLC Programmer

Experience: 2–4 Years (Experienced Candidates Only)

Location: Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai

We are looking for an experienced Senior PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in SPM machine automation and industrial control systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for SPM machines.
- Handle PLC programming and HMI configuration.
- Work with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, or similar PLC platforms.
- Troubleshoot sensors, VFDs, servo drives, motors, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams and control panel drawings.
- Perform machine testing, debugging, installation, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with design, panel wiring, and assembly teams.
- Ensure proper machine functioning and resolve automation-related issues.




- Provide technical support during customer-site commissioning, when required.

Required Skills

- Practical experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience in SPM machine automation is preferred.
- Knowledge of HMI, VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and industrial automation.
- Ability to work independently and resolve technical problems.

Qualification Diploma / BE / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
