We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Placement Executive / Placement Manager to manage student placements, establish corporate partnerships, and create employment opportunities for students who complete our training programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in placements, corporate relations, recruitment, or career services, preferably in the EdTech or training industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end placement activities for students across IT, Data Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity, Clinical Research, Medical Coding, and other relevant domains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Identify job openings and coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement opportunities for trained candidates.
- Develop corporate tie-ups and employer partnerships to generate consistent placement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal training teams to understand student skills, course completion status, and job readiness.
- Prepare students for employment through resume-building support, mock interviews,



and interview preparation sessions.
- Track student placements, interview schedules, offers, joining status, and placement conversion rates.
- Drive placement targets and improve overall student placement outcomes.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and virtual hiring events.
- Maintain placement databases, MIS reports, and regular performance updates for management.
- Guide and support placement executives or coordinators, where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in student placements, corporate relations, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in the EdTech, training, education, or skill development industry is preferred.
- Strong corporate networking and employer relationship management skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to achieve placement targets and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and placement tracking tools.
- Knowledge of IT hiring and/or healthcare and life sciences recruitment is an added advantage.

- Experience managing placements for students enrolled in professional training programs.
- Ability to establish current corporate partnerships and generate relevant job opportunities.
- Strong understanding of employer requirements and candidate job readiness.
- A target-driven professional with good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
