Role & Responsibility

- Basic and detail design of HVAC & Plumbing system for FEED, Proposal and EPC projects.
- Equipment selection as per Specifications, Duct sizing, Air terminal sizing and selection.
- Design & Drafting experience of HVAC System drawings, Ducting layout, HVAC piping layout, HVAC Control Drawings, HVAC plant room Layout, Mechanical Ventilation & Pressurization system, Air Flow Diagram, HVAC P&I; Diagram, HVAC Equipment Layout, As Built Drawing Preparation, BOQ Estimation.
- Preparation of HVAC Piping, Ducting & Plumbing 3-D Model using Autodesk-Revit, SP3D/E3D workplace, drawing extraction and touch-up work, clash check and Co-ordination with other disciplines.
- Proficient in Autodesk-Revit to perform 3D modeling including various schedules, Material Takeoff, drawing sheets annotation, 2D Drawing detailing, clash detection and resolution, Revit Family creation, rendering, etc. for HVAC & Plumbing system.





Knowledge of Building’s Plumbing layout and BOQ estimation would be an added advantage

Skill :

- Expertise knowledge in International applicable Code & Standards i.e. (ASHRAE, SMACNA, AMCA, ARI, NFPA, DW 142, 143 etc.), India local regulation (IS, NBC, OISD etc.), Plumbing codes i.e. IPC, UPC.

BIM-Revit, SP3D/E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
