Job Summary:

Provide high-quality instruction, structured training, and engaging programming for players of all ages and skill levels—from first-time beginners to competitive tournament players.

Key Responsibilities

- Coaching &
- Instruction:

Conduct private, semi-private, and group lessons focused on grip, stroke mechanics, dinking, volleys, footwork, and match strategy.

- Program &

- Curriculum Development:

Design structured practice drills, training regimens, clinics, workshops, and seasonal camps.

- Event &

- Tournament Management:

Organize and oversee local tournaments, social mixers, ladder leagues, and community outreach events.

- Player Assessment &

- Feedback:

Evaluate player abilities, track progress, and provide constructive, real-time coaching points.

- Facility &

- Equipment Safety:

Inspect courts, nets, and gear before sessions, report maintenance issues,



and keep storage areas clean.

- Play Community Building: Communicate with facility coordinators, and build a welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Experience: Proven playing or coaching background at a competitive level for 2 years at least.

- Game Knowledge: Deep understanding of official pickleball rules, court positioning, and tactical play.

- Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, high energy, and the ability to motivate players of all ages

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
