- Strong knowledge of Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
? A camera-friendly personality with confidence in delivering training sessions.

- Draft study materials and course curriculum.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for training purposes.
- Develop an assessment question bank, including MCQs and other relevant questions.
- Conduct live lectures and doubt-solving sessions.
- Explain concepts using practical examples and industry case studies.
- Guide students and support their learning.
