Role Description The PH BIM Modeler is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for developing and maintaining detailed Building Information Models for MEP and architectural disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating 3D BIM models, preparing coordinated construction drawings, and ensuring model accuracy in line with project specifications and standards. The role involves closely collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to detect and resolve clashes, support design development,



and assist in documentation for project delivery.

The PH BIM Modeler will also contribute to improving modeling workflows, maintaining project templates, and supporting quality control for BIM-related outputs.

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: General Shift with overlap into UAE business hours

Working Days: 5 Days a WeekWeek Off: Saturday & Sunday

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred

- Develop and maintain accurate 3D plumbing BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare plumbing layouts, shop drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate plumbing systems with HVAC, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
- Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and UAE regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
