We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with robust hands-on experience in

Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage performance marketing budgets and improve ROAS, CPA, CAC & ROI.
- Take ownership of revenue generation through paid marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance, funnels, conversions & customer acquisition.
- Develop strategies for scaling profitable campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting and A/B testing.




- Track and report key performance metrics and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the creative, e-commerce and sales teams.
