About the Role

Vaigaa Properties is looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with proven real estate industry experience to drive high-quality leads, qualified site visits, and sales conversions across our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive high-quality real estate leads for villa and apartment projects.
- Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting, keyword research, ad copies, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimise cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.
- Implement conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and CRM integrations.
- Collaborate with sales and telecalling teams to improve lead qualification, site visits, and booking conversions.
- Use AI-powered tools for lead generation, audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and marketing automation.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategies to improve campaign efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.




- Real estate industry experience is compulsory.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and practical experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation and performance optimisation.
- Strong understanding of CPL management, conversion tracking, remarketing, and ROI analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and marketing budgets efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI-powered lead generation, automation, and campaign optimisation tools.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and site visits for real estate projects.
- Experience managing campaigns for villas, apartments, plotted developments, or premium residential projects.

Compensation

Salary will be offered as per industry standards, based on experience, expertise, and demonstrated performance.
