We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can drive business growth through strategic advertising campaigns! Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Generate high-quality leads for domestic and international travel packages. Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns within budget. Monitor CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall campaign performance. Analyze campaign data and continuously improve lead quality and conversions. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize bookings from generated leads.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization. Solid analytical skills with a focus on measurable results.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an advantage.
