Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram for a Performance Marketing Expert specializing in Meta Ads. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to drive conversions and improve return on ad spend for eCommerce clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include audience and funnel building, setting up and managing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and running A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting.

The person in this role will collaborate with account managers, designers, and content teams to align campaigns with client goals, while preparing performance reports and insights to guide strategy.



The role also includes staying current with platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for transparent reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and client interaction.
- Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills to plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Social Media Marketing expertise, particularly on Meta platforms, including audience targeting, pixel implementation, and campaign structuring.
- Sales and conversion-focused skills to build funnels, improve CPA/ROAS, and support revenue growth for eCommerce brands.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for eCommerce, including catalog campaigns, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) and comfort working with data and KPIs.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in Meta advertising or digital marketing are an advantage.
