We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to independently manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation and pipeline growth across the US and UK markets. Candidates must have solid hands-on experience in B2B IT/SaaS marketing, targeting senior technology decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and VP Engineering.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy, execution, keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, budget optimization, and A/B testing across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads. Expertise in GA4,



Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, attribution, CRM integration, offline conversion tracking, and Looker Studio is essential.

Candidates must be capable of independently managing campaigns from planning to reporting, troubleshooting tracking issues, and optimizing performance based on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and revenue. A self-driven, hands-on individual contributor with a startup mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision is required.

Preferred: Recent Google Ads certifications, experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, ABM campaigns, and US/UK-focused B2B technology marketing.
