About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Associate to manage and scale paid marketing campaigns while driving core business metrics such as revenue, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and contribution margins.

This role requires hands-on campaign execution, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to connect marketing performance with business outcomes. You will work closely with category, creative, content, CRM, and product teams to identify growth opportunities and improve acquisition efficiency.

What You’ll Do

1. Campaign Execution & Growth

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Own campaign execution end-to-end, from planning and setup to monitoring, optimisation, and reporting.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency across key metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, and contribution margins.

2. Performance Analytics & Business Impact

- Track campaign-level metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and connect them to business outcomes such as revenue, CM1, CM2,



and baseline contribution.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to understand performance fluctuations and identify actionable growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting structures to monitor campaign and business performance.

3. Optimisation & Experimentation

- Run experiments across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Partner with creative and content teams to develop and test performance-driven creatives and messaging.
- Explore new channels, formats, and growth opportunities to improve campaign performance.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work with category teams to align campaigns with the puja calendar, seasonal demand, and product launches.
- Collaborate with CRM, product, content, and influencer teams to drive growth across channels.
- Contribute to branding and performance initiatives that improve overall business performance.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with evidence of campaign optimisation and growth.
- Practical experience with paid media platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to connect campaign metrics with business outcomes.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ownership-driven approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Good to Have

- Experience managing and scaling medium-to-large marketing budgets efficiently.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented consumer business.
