About The Role

This is a full-funnel performance marketing and growth internship.

You will get direct, hands-on exposure across the paid acquisition and retention stack - Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon, Lifecycle CRM (Email/WhatsApp/SMS). You won't just hit "launch" you will learn how to dissect why a cohort, creative hook, or landing page succeeds or fails.

AI is embedded into our everyday workflow at Nufyt. You will leverage generative AI and automation daily for rapid creative ideation, copy variants, competitor intelligence, CRM workflows, and analytical deep dives.

What You’ll Do - Paid Acquisition & Campaign Execution

- Assist in building, testing, launching, and scaling performance campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Performance Max/Search, and Amazon Ads.
- Build and refine high-intent audiences (broad, interest clusters, custom cohorts, and lookalikes).
- Execute systematic creative and copy testing across hooks, formats (stat cards, UGC reels, founder notes, comparison charts), and funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF).
- Maintain strict UTM tagging, tracking hygiene, and campaign naming conventions to protect data integrity.

Performance Analytics & Diagnosis
- Monitor core unit economics and channel metrics: CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, CVR, CPC and AOV.
- Break down performance across Funnel Stage × Creative Hook × Audience × Landing Page instead of relying on vanity numbers.
- Identify the root causes of performance shifts - creative fatigue, audience burn, high bounce rates, or checkout friction - and propose quick fixes.
- Support weekly growth dashboards,



translating raw numbers into direct, prioritized next steps.

Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
- Assist in building and optimizing automated customer journeys (Email via Klaviyo/Brevo & WhatsApp): Welcome flows, Abandoned Cart/Checkout recovery, Post-Purchase nurture, and Replenishment cycles.
- Segment customer cohorts based on purchase velocity, product preferences, and repeat-order timing to increase LTV.
- A/B test email subject lines, WhatsApp templates, send windows, and tailored offers.

AI-First Growth & Automation
- Use generative tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney) as core operational tools for hook generation, ad copy variations, creative briefs, and desk research.
- Help build lightweight AI workflows and automations to remove repetitive operational tasks.
- Test current AI tools across ad optimization, asset generation, and customer communication.

What We’re Looking For
- Foundational Knowledge: 0–1 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital commerce (prior internships, freelance work, side projects, or live certifications count).
- Platform Familiarity: Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads. Familiarity with Shopify or Amazon Seller Central is a solid bonus.
- Spreadsheet Confidence: Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel.
- D2C Unit Economics: A working grasp of CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, and retention funnels.
- AI-Fluent: Proven habit of using AI to accelerate your work, brainstorm solutions, and analyze information.
- Ownership Mindset: Self-driven, organized, and eager to move fast in an early-stage startup environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
