Performance Marketing Specialist ?
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, optimize campaign performance, and scale digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage budgets and drive ROI, lead quality, and conversions.
- Leverage AI tools and automation for campaign optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics, attribution, and funnel efficiency.
- Manage tracking and analytics using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing annual ad spends of ₹1 Crore+.
- Solid analytical skills and knowledge of AI-driven marketing, tracking, and reporting.
