We are looking for a Performance & Growth Manager who can lead strategy, execute campaigns, drive measurable growth, and manage a team of 2–3 performance marketing professionals.

Key Responsibility

- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Drive D2C/e-commerce growth with a focus on ROAS, CAC, AOV, and profitability.
- Manage media budgets, campaign testing, creative strategy, and funnel optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 performance marketers.
- Collaborate with creative, CRO, and client servicing teams.
- Own performance reporting, client reviews, and growth recommendations.

What We're Looking For





- 4–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
- Prior experience with D2C/E-commerce, Fashion, and Education brands.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Shopify analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, budgets, and client expectations.
- Robust analytical skills, strategic thinking, and team leadership.
- A results-driven mindset with ownership from strategy to execution.
