- Carry out Performance assessment to understand High Level Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), Scope, Data & environment requirements which will aid creation and submission of a detailed Unify Performance test plan proposal- Identify the processes, systems, and interfaces that will need to be part of the performance test - Identify the most appropriate toolset, setting, and data to execute the performance test- Produce a plan for the work required to complete the Performance Test activities- Risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to deliver the overall performance testing phase
