Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Occupational Therapist role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Pediatric Occupational

Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills; develop individualized treatment plans; and deliver evidence-based interventions in clinic and group settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, updating goals, and communicating regularly with caregivers to support home-based strategies.



The role also involves collaborating with speech-language pathologists, educators, and physicians, participating in early intervention and sensory integration programs, and contributing to social skills groups and parent training sessions. The therapist is expected to maintain professional standards, engage in continuous learning, and support a child-centered, inclusive, and secure therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Pediatrics, with demonstrated experience working with children across varied developmental levels.
- Proficiency in Sensory Integration approaches and pediatric Early Intervention practices to support functional independence and participation.
- Comfort and skill in Working With Children and caregivers, including the ability to build rapport, use play-based strategies, and provide clear guidance to families.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; relevant licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
- Experience in pediatric clinical or school-based settings; familiarity with group therapy, social skills training, and parent coaching is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team, with strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and ongoing professional development; experience with NDT or related pediatric frameworks is a plus.
