- Design and curate scalable jewellery collections, white-label portfolios, and corporate gifting ranges aligned with B2B buyer preferences and volume requirements.
- Develop robust, dynamic costing models factoring in bulk metal weights, volume gemstone sourcing, labor charges (making charges), and wholesale margin targets.
- Analyze buying patterns of domestic retail chains and independent jewelers; map out regional market trends, festival stock-up timelines, and competitive pricing.
- Partner with factory heads, large-scale karigars, and mass-production units to ensure manufacturing schedules align with bulk order deliveries and strict B2B .
- Ensure all bulk shipments strictly comply with domestic purity mandates, weight tolerances, and official hallmarking standards (e.g., BIS hallmarking).
