Job Title: Payroll Partner

Location: Pune

Experience: 5 to 9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
2. Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Income Tax.
3. Handle TDS calculations, tax declarations, Form 16, and payroll reconciliations.
4. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.
5. Address employee payroll and taxation queries.
6. Support audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting.

Requirements:

1. 5 to 9 years of experience in Payroll Operations.
2. Strong understanding of Payroll Processing, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliances.
3. Experience with HRMS/payroll systems.
4. Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
