About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Partnership Executive to identify potential partners, build business relationships, and expand Charitism's network. The candidate will connect with NGOs, hospitals, educational institutions, and other organizations to explore partnership opportunities and support fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential partners, including NGOs, hospitals, educational institutions, and social organizations.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
Introduce Charitism and explain its platform and partnership opportunities to potential partners.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing partners.
Understand partner requirements and explore suitable collaboration opportunities.
Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams to support partner onboarding and campaign-related activities.
Maintain lead databases, communication records, and partnership updates using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Achieve assigned outreach, meeting, and partnership targets.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and partnership progress.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.
Basic negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client relationship management.
