Your impact

We are seeking an experienced Palantir Foundry and AIP Developer with 8–10 years of software development and data engineering experience. The candidate will design and develop data pipelines, ontology-driven applications, operational workflows, and AI-enabled solutions using Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop applications and data solutions using Palantir Foundry and AIP.
- Design and maintain data pipelines using Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- Build ontology-based data models, actions, workflows, and Workshop applications.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows using AIP Logic, AI agents, and large language model integrations.
- Integrate Foundry and AIP solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, performance, governance, and production reliability.
- Support code reviews, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production operations.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.
- Strong knowledge of Foundry Ontology, Workshop, Pipeline Builder, and Code Repositories.
- Experience with AIP Logic, AI-enabled workflows, prompt engineering, agents, or LLM integrations.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Spark/PySpark.
- Experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, APIs, and enterprise data integration.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with Git and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management,



and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Foundry and AIP solutions in production.
- Experience integrating Palantir with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Databricks, or other enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, data security, and access-control practices.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.

Here's what you'll need
- 8–10 years of software development or data engineering experience.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.
- Practical experience implementing Palantir AIP use cases is strongly preferred.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
