Job Title: Packaging Supervisor

The Packaging Supervisor will oversee the packaging department to ensure that products are packaged efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. This role involves managing a team of packaging employees, coordinating production schedules.

The Packaging Supervisor will also collaborate with other departments to optimize packaging processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead the packaging team to achieve production goals.
- Monitor packaging operations and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Ensure that packaging materials meet quality specifications and are utilized efficiently.
- Troubleshoot packaging machinery and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Analyze packaging processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain inventory of packaging supplies and order materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.




- Prepare reports on packaging performance metrics and present findings to management.
