Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day packaging operations and ensure timely completion of packaging activities. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and handling of products as per company standards.
Inspect packaging materials and finished products to maintain quality standards. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth operations. Maintain packaging records, inventory, and documentation.
Monitor packaging material stock and coordinate for timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and packaging procedures. Identify and resolve packaging-related issues to minimize wastage and improve efficiency.
Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or diploma in a relevant field. 1–3 years of experience in packaging operations. Knowledge of packaging materials, labeling, and quality checks. Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
