Role Description The Owner role at Be HeroBrand is a full-time, on-site position based in Hisar. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, brand positioning, and long-term vision, ensuring the company continues to deliver high-quality creative and marketing solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding client acquisition and retention, reviewing key projects and campaigns, making decisions on resource allocation and budgets, and nurturing partnerships that support growth. The role also involves leading and mentoring team members, setting performance standards, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability,



and client-centric service. The Owner represents the company in external meetings, industry events, and negotiations, safeguarding both the brand reputation and business sustainability.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within branding, marketing, or a related creative industry
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and digital marketing principles, with the ability to guide clients and teams
- Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Ability to build, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams, with a focus on collaboration and accountability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with quality management systems or ISO standards is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
- Comfort working in office in Hisar and engaging directly with clients, partners, and team members
