Order Management & Inventory Executive | Ethnic Fashion | On-site, Noida

About the opportunity

Fortheye Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client, Flosse (flosse.in), a direct-to-consumer ethnic fashion brand. As the brand grows, they need an organised, tech-comfortable executive to keep orders, inventory and deliveries running smoothly.

What you’ll do

- Process and track daily orders from the website [and marketplaces, if applicable]
- Update and manage inventory in the order management and inventory software, keeping stock accurate across all channels
- Coordinate with the on-site warehouse and packing team to ensure on-time dispatch
- Manage courier partners and delivery platforms (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery), including shipment tracking, delay resolution, NDR, RTO and returns
- Handle order changes, cancellations, exchanges and refunds
- Run regular stock reconciliation and flag shortages, slow movers and mismatches
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on orders, dispatches, returns and stock





- What we’re looking for

- 1-2 years of experience in order management, e-commerce operations or inventory coordination (fashion or apparel is a strong plus)
- Hands-on experience with an OMS, WMS or inventory tool such as Shopify, Unicommerce, Vinculum, Zoho Inventory or similar
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Clear communication in English and Hindi
- Comfortable working on-site and handling sale-season and festive peaks

Good to have

- Experience with marketplace seller panels and returns management
- Understanding of SKU, size and variant handling, and barcoding
- Basic familiarity with GST invoicing
