Experience: 15+ years of relevant Oracle SCM experience, including at least 4–5 end-to-end Oracle implementations (with Oracle Fusion Cloud as the main focus)

Role Overview

This role combines presales leadership with solution architecture. As the go-to expert for Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Maintenance, you will work with sales leadership to identify, shape, and win opportunities through robust solutioning, compelling demos, and persuasive proposals. Once deals are won, you will carry the solution into delivery as design authority, making sure what was sold is what gets built.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable presenting to a CXO panel and reviewing a detailed manufacturing work-definition design.

Key Responsibilities

Presales and Business Development (Primary Focus)

- Partner with sales and account teams to qualify opportunities, understand client pain points, and shape winning solution strategies
- Lead discovery sessions and solution workshops with client operations, maintenance, and IT leadership
- Design and deliver scenario-based Oracle Fusion demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution walkthroughs tailored to client industries and processes
- Own the solution sections of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and statements of work, including scope, assumptions, approach, and timelines
- Prepare effort estimates, resource plans, and commercial inputs together with delivery and finance teams
- Build business cases and value propositions, including ROI, operational KPIs, and transformation roadmaps
- Lead client orals, executive presentations, and solution defense sessions
- Build and maintain presales assets: demo environments, demo scripts, industry solution offerings, accelerators, case studies, and collateral
- Represent MPC Cloud Consulting at Oracle partner events,



industry forums, webinars, and client briefings
- Work with Oracle alliance teams on joint go-to-market and pursuit activities

Solution Architecture and Design Authority

- Define the end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM programs, with a focus on Manufacturing and Maintenance and integration with Inventory, Cost Management, Procurement, Order Management, Quality, Planning, and Finance
- Architect manufacturing solutions across Discrete, Process, and Mixed-Mode Manufacturing, including work definitions, BOMs and routings, work order execution, outside processing, lot/serial genealogy, backflush, contract manufacturing, and make-to-order/configure-to-order
- Architect maintenance solutions covering asset hierarchies, the asset lifecycle, preventive and condition-based maintenance, work requirements, maintenance work orders, spare-parts management, and IoT/Asset Monitoring integration
- Define the integration architecture with MES, SCADA, IoT, PLM, EAM, and third-party systems using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs
- Act as design authority during delivery by reviewing solution designs, specifications, and configurations, and keeping solutions aligned with Oracle best practice
- Support smooth handover from presales to delivery, and help with escalations, change requests, and account growth opportunities

Leadership and Practice Building

- Mentor solution leads and consultants, and build presales capability within the SCM practice
- Contribute to practice strategy, industry offerings,



and thought leadership in Manufacturing and Maintenance

Required Skills and Experience

- 15+ years of relevant Oracle SCM experience, with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Maintenance
- At least 4–5 full-cycle (end-to-end) Oracle implementations as Solution Architect, Functional Lead, or Design Authority
- Extensive, proven presales experience, including client demos, proposals, RFP responses, estimation, and orals, with a track record of contributing to deal wins
- Strong grasp of discrete and process manufacturing operations and asset-intensive maintenance processes
- Good command of related areas: Cost Management, Inventory, Quality, Planning, and Finance touchpoints
- Experience designing integrations with shop-floor, IoT, and enterprise systems
- Excellent executive presence, storytelling, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage several pursuits at once under tight deadlines

Good to Have

- Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Maintenance, or SCM Cloud certifications
- Background in Oracle EBS R12 (WIP, BOM, OPM, eAM) and EBS-to-Fusion transformation experience
- Exposure to Oracle IoT Cloud, Supply Chain Planning, PLM Cloud, and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Industry experience in aviation/MRO, automotive, industrial manufacturing, process industries, utilities, or oil & gas
- Experience on Middle East, APAC, US, or Europe client pursuits and programs

Other Requirements

- Willing to travel frequently to client locations for presales meetings, demos, workshops, and delivery reviews
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model from the Gurgaon office
- Available to join within 30 days

Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related), MBA (Operations/Supply Chain), or an equivalent degree
