We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Rapid Formula development, string manipulation/implementation, and Oracle Fusion HCM technical components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and supporting HCM technical solutions, reports, integrations, and customizations within Oracle Fusion HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for HCM modules.
- Create and customize BI Publisher reports and templates.
- Work with XML data models and report development.
- Develop and support HCM extracts, integrations, and data conversions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform technical analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
