We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with hands-on experience in at least one Oracle Fusion HCM module, such as ORC, Redwood, Payroll, Security, OLC, Compensation, or Benefits.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in at least one relevant module:
- ORC: Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Redwood: Redwood UI and related HCM experience
- OLC: Oracle Learning Cloud
- Compensation: Workforce compensation and salary planning
- Benefits: Advantages configuration and administration
- Experience in configuration, implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of business requirements, functional setups, testing, and issue resolution.
- Experience with client/stakeholder coordination and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Gather requirements and implement functional solutions.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments.
- Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams.
- Prepare functional documentation and support ongoing enhancements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: 5–12 years.
- Location: Pune.
- Candidates must be available for a face-to-face interview in Pune.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with at least one listed module is mandatory.
